Shipping policy

Order Processing:

• Orders are ready to be shipped within 1-2 business days. You will then receive an email with your order information and tracking number.
• If you need to change your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to update your address if the order has not been packed yet.
• Weekend orders will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

Australia Shipping (Flat rate):

• We use Australia Post to ship all our orders.
• $11 - REGULAR shipping
• $15 - EXPRESS shipping 
• We offer free shipping for orders over $100 AUD. This is automatically applied at checkout. Applicable to Australian residents/addresses only. 

Incorrect Address or Returned Parcel:

• If the parcel was returned to us due to invalid or misspelt address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the reshipping fee.

International Shipping

For now, Little Lux Memory Bar delivers exclusively within Australia. International shipping is coming soon.
